Co-Writing

We're often asked how writers can collaborate with other writers. I set one up through this forum, and I'm really excited to be working with a small group of writers to convert my trilogy into a TV series.

Your collab can be anything from co-writing a memoir, novel or non-fiction book to... asking an experienced writer to ghostwrite for you to... asking for a writer to convert a novel into a screenplay with you. So... here you go, a co-writing forum where any writer can add their collab details.

Making Direct Contact With Writers Who Answer

If you want to get in touch with any writers with a personal message, I wouldn't recommend giving out your email, as this forum is publicly available on Google. Instead, click on their username beside their image, then click on contact when you get to their profile and send them a private message.

Of course, any other messages are welcome to be replied straight from their comments below. Make sure you select the box 'notify me of comments' and you will automatically be notified. It's only private messages we recommend doing through a direct contact rather than swapping emails in the conversations.

Hello writers

This is an interesting concept that I'd love to be involved in. I have a historical fiction novel set in New York in the 1950s that I may need a bit of help from a New Yorker.

I can pay for the writer to ghostwrite some chapters or we can do some sort of 'collab' to swing this term about a little. I would need to get a test sample chapter written, though, to check if your writing aligns with mine.

If you're happy with that and an experienced writer, do feel free to make contact with me, either here or via my contact link as explained above.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey, this is cool. I'm up for it. I'm working on a psychological thriller screenplay and wondered if any experienced writers would like to collab to get it from screenplay to novel.

The story is completed but needs the finesse of a novel, with all the additions that a screenplay doesn't offer. Like some of the other writers blazing the trail, I'd also ask for a sample chapter as the writer above suggests. More deets by contacting me.

Thanks and looking forward to seeing the replies, if I even get any!
