Since 2020 I've been lucky to have had three stories longlisted in the Page Turner Awards, with one getting as far as a finalist.
This entry was inspired in 2019 after spending a week doing the Munay Ki with shamans, but the first draft was put on hold while I concentrated on another story during an MA in Creative Writing at Bristol University, England. The Girl With Stars in Her Eyes is full of characters that I loved bringing to life and finally, this year, I decided to independently publish it with the hope that others would get as much pleasure from reading it as I had from writing it.
