Peter Fothergill

I grew up in the far north of England, where my early love of storytelling found an outlet in designing and coding video games, before moving on to composing and recording music. Eventually, writing novels seemed the natural progression.

I studied computer science at university and have spent my career as a software engineer in London. By day, I code. In my spare time, I write stories. I take my laptop everywhere, and I’m happiest tucked away in a quiet corner of a coffee shop, disappearing into whatever world I’m creating.

I have self-published a short novel and four full-length novels on Amazon. My next ambition is to see one of my novels traditionally published, and, perhaps most importantly, to walk into my local bookshop and find it on the shelf.

I live in London with my wife and two children.
