Hello Again,
As a previous finalist, I am back for another year. Who knew the creative career would be as challenging and that imposter syndrome is a real thing.
My challenge has been around the path of telling a story and storytelling. It's been a journey, some may say.
In other good news, at the age of 53, I am now a degree holder in Advanced Creative Writing, but my grammar is still terrible, and I'm very green around the gills, as I have so much to learn while navigating a second career.
The hope is that I do learn and do succeed in finding a mentor and a publisher to take my writing and many stories, so that I am able to say, "I am an author."
