Kayla Henley is offering feedback and editing services for writers who want to have their writing critiqued and edited.
Kayla graduated with a BA in English with a concentration in creative writing from the University of Denver. She has experience critiquing writing across a number of genres, from fantasy and historical fiction to memoir and poetry.
She is adept at evaluating developmental elements like character development, tone, pacing, and plot arc. Kayla wanted to be a writer since the young age of six, writing as a hobby for many years.
Only after graduating from college did she switch her focus to editing. Kayla wrote for her local newspaper, The Sopris Sun, for a few years upon its inception in 2009, and her poetry has been published in DU Foothills Magazine. Kayla is an avid reader with a particular passion for historical fiction, mystery and thriller and horror.
Kayla's Editing Options
The options you have to choose from:
- First 10 pages feedback = £33 (general comments in overall feedback on your novel's first ten pages and no more than 3k words)
- First 10 pages dev edit = £40 (detailed developmental edit comments marked as inline tracking, which can only be done on a Word document upload, so please don't submit a pdf for this option
