Nina Winther Winther

I am a 33-year-old single mom to a teenage boy and I live on the west coast of Norway. I was a high school dropout who got pregnant at 18. I decided to be a better role model for my son so I went back to school when I was 20. I got my diploma as a truck/bus mechanic. To provide for us I had to work days as a mechanic while finishing high school on nights. I got into college at 25 and took a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I now work as an engineer in the Norwegian Road safety department as a "highway" control agent and a road traffic accident investigator. Through tough times in life, I found writing. It started in my teens when I wrote song lyrics and it has evolved to Screenwriting, which I haven't been able to stop doing, so I've decided to go all in!
