Sony TV bought a time travel pilot spec she wrote called RESET inspired by the events of the missing Malaysian Airliner. Hilary has just completed a half-hour pilot she sold to MTV as a pitch called THE GREAT WALL OF BRITTANY. It follows 22 year-old Brittany Goldstein who was adopted from China at birth and raised in Beverly Hills on a steady diet of Western culture, but now it’s time to grow up. Not wanting to disappoint her two Dads, she lies on her resume and lands a job in Beijing that requires her to speak Mandarin. MTV has pivoted their focus and brand, and THE GREAT WALL OF BRITTANY is available to be sold in the upcoming TV market. With these three specs under her belt, Hilary Angelo is an up-and-comer with original, marketable ideas who can add value to any writer’s room.
