Logline or Premise
A farcical romp through a small-town Washington antihero’s journey to gain recognition as a poet and find Judi, the unrequited love of his life. Nolan Indecks returns to his hometown, Washougal, Washington after a ten-year absence and is received with a disappointing lack of fanfare. He soon teams up with a group of dysfunctional local outcasts who plot to stop the mysterious black oil trains that pass through the town; using poetry, performance art, pirate radio, graffiti and direct action to broadcast their anti-capitalist message.
