As a former English teacher in Istanbul and author of three published novels, including one optioned by Paramount Pictures, Steve’s fascination with “otherness” brought him to Delphi, Greece. From there, the phenomenon of the Oracles—young peasant women who delivered prophecies that steered the ancient world—has haunted him for years. This fascination has been translated into a television series that seeks to bring that historical period to life through vivid characters and a mind-bending story that explores the question: How do we respond to a true mystical presence?
