I am at a watershed moment. Any input I can gain at this stage of my writing career is pure gold.
I want to tell you how pleased and gratified I am to have made a showing in the 2022 Page Turner Awards. Like many writers, I enter this or that contest. But none has been so well managed, so perfectly designed to not just scatter accolades but truly, genuinely, advance the careers of the participants. As well, none has been so considerate of writers' emotional wellbeing. To have participated on any level, to have garnered any notice, in an event of such stature is an honour I will never forget.
