Suzanne's First Book to Be Published After Winning A Page Turner Awards Mentorship
In her book, Moments of Clarity: Find Your Voice & Stand in Your Power, Suzanne walks you through her POSITIVE IMPRINT methodology that led her on a journey of self-discovery from pain to purpose.
After living through 2 abusive relationships and realizing she would never survive a 3rd, Suzanne embarked on a voyage of discovery to find out what led her to attract men that obviously didn’t like her. What Suzanne couldn’t have visualized, is that the path would lead to her opening a Pandora’s box of anguish and pain, culminating in the deepest shame. Suzanne’s own moments of clarity saw the trauma of early childhood abuse transformed from self-repulsion into self-knowledge.
By acceptance of her past, self-forgiveness, harnessing the power of taking ownership, the importance of showering herself with love she retuned her intuition, thereby taming the trauma triggers from her memories, rekindling trust in introspection and daring to be vulnerable enough to be visible…all leading to her empowerment and to her identifying and pursuing her life purpose.
Suzanne cleverly conveys what became her signature programme, using anecdotal, brutal real-life excerpts that led to her ‘moments of clarity’ – flashbulb moments, lighting her way out of the grip of the residual effects of abuse. Emerging triumphant, she is determined to help others find their moments of clarity and become empowered to find their voice, stand in their power, live their own lives and tell their own story.

Suzanne Smart is a talented expert in the field of Trauma Therapy and an erudite Spoken word Artist who recently shared her message on Moments of Clarity on the TEDxSwansea stage.
After leaving a second abusive relationship, Suzanne went on a journey to discover why she was attracted to men who obviously did not like her and out of this transformational journey, her POSITIVE IMPRINT programme was born, coaching others who have been through similar experiences to bid farewell to the trauma triggers that plague them and emerge ready to live in their power and purpose.
