I particularly liked the description of how the siblings began to form their morning routines. It was interesting to read about their own personal experiences with their old morning routines, and their new ones that they have crafted. I also liked how they had a specific acronym for their approach, S.H.I.N.E., which helps to provide a framework for readers to develop their own morning routines.
Seeped in Nurturing Professional Self-Care
As someone who struggles to get up in the morning, the cheer and motivation in these personal stories and the concept behind these thirty practices that make up the S.H.I.N.E. approach was a delight. With so many morning routine books on the market, this one feels fresh and full of relatable, personal, yet professional, insightful information about self-care.

I liked the first-person narration. It helps to internalize the reader's experience with each story. The stories echo the thoughts of many people in today's world.
Gentle and encouraging prose.
I particularly enjoyed the quotes and the gentle, conversational tone of the S.H.I.N.E. approach. Very relatable.
