The Page Turner Awards simply stand out. They are more than just another literary prize; they are a journey of self-discovery for any aspiring writer, a very professional test of your concept and output. I have learnt so much about so many facets of writing and publishing just by entering the award. I would thoroughly recommend it and I will most certainly enter it again with my next novel. I don't want to sound like an Oscar winner, but the organizers deserve a huge thank you - such an ambitious and well-run competition!
I was drawn to the Page Turner Awards by first impressions. It seemed well-conceived and structured, run to a high professional standard, clear in its aims and judged by a panel of very well-respected industry specialists.
I was not disappointed. From submission onwards, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I enjoyed the regular communications throughout the process - they built up excitement and were a constant reminded of the Awards quality and ambition. I did not purchase any of the editing/feedback services on offer this time around, but I intend to do so when I enter my next novel in 2021.
