I trained as a teacher in Music, English and Drama at Nottingham University and was head of Department at a local secondary school.
I left to do a Masters Degree in Women's Studies at Loughborough University.
Currently I run my own successful business working as a Personal Tutor.
Alongside this I write Comedy articles and I've written a Comedy book.
In addition to this, I have done radio, TV and theatre work and I write regular columns for local magazines.
I was thrilled to win a national Comedy Prize organised by Hachette Livres.
