A 2021 finalist, I am more than excited to be preparing another submission for the 2022 awards....
Growing up I’ve always been very empathetic, often feeling strong emotions of friends, family and those around me as if they're my own. When I write I love to dig into these emotions, drawing upon experiences of both the deepest happiness and despair.
Working part time, whilst raising my young daughter, writing is an outlet for me, something personal for which I can set my own limits and something I can focus on whilst also providing a means of escapism.
