Carlos Valrand is a writer, investor and engineer. He is the author of the science fiction book THE SITE and is a contributor to the website Internet Looks (internetlooks.com). Valrand has participated as an engineer and manager in NASA and Department of Defense projects and has authored aerospace system functional requirements documents and technical papers. He is currently working on a historical mystery novel and pursuing his interests in space exploration, motion pictures, anthropology, and photography. Valrand lives in Texas.
