Emma Williams

Emma Williams worked in NHS forensic psychiatric services before becoming a writer. She is the winner of the Segora International Short Story Prize 2021 with ‘Best Served Cold’ a story about an old woman’s revenge on her neighbour. She has been long and short listed in many short story competitions.
The Tortoise is her debut novel. She is halfway through her second novel in which an atheist vicar uncovers a series of sinister secrets.
