Jane Officer is a retired history teacher writing her first novel of historical fiction. Her journey into writing emerged after a seasoned career of enamoring students with the past, and a determination to inspire a love for it in a broader audience. She lives in Hanover, NH with her husband of 37 years and their two dogs. When Jane isn't reading or writing, she can be found in her garden or entertaining her beloved grandchildren.
