Jerry Aylward is a retired Police Detective from the Nassau County, NY Police Department, as well as a criminal investigator with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, he is also a licensed Private Investigator. He has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and Criminology from New York Institute of Technology. Jerry is the author of nonfiction, true crime, and fiction. He spends his summers in the majestic mountains of western North Carolina, and winters in the warm sunshine of southwestern Florida.
