SUCCESS ABSORBED IN FAILURE
Functionalists just doesn’t get the point. Or should I say: The full picture. They run around with their charts, evaluation summations, proposals, and ideas for improvement. But improvement of what? What works and/or what doesn’t work? Mostly blinded by what works and little focus on why some, or most, are unhappy with both what works and does not work. HENCE, the keywords here, “some/most,” as in pertaining to people (human beings). Except because (as the song goes) “What have you done for me lately.”
To hell with what works, and double to hell with what doesn’t work. Regarding any/everything.
It’s about the people, people, human beings. The ones that can make, break, or kill your greedy ass.
My name is Kenneth Alexander, I like to think of myself as a crisis theorist. Not functionalist.
I believe the only story more important than tales about truths are explanations behind the lies.
