Kath is a writer, editor and tutor who lives in Cornwall, which she uses as a backdrop for many of the scenes in her stories. When she isn’t writing, or working with other writers on their writing, she can be found out and about in her van with her dog, the lovely Becks. You'll often find her parked up beside some Cornish beauty spot fiddling with an edit, reading, or having a sly scribble in a mouldy old notebook.
In 2014 she co-founded The Writing Retreat and offers various writing classes, as well as mentoring and editing services, to writers at all stages of their journey. She has published articles and short stories, and edited a growing stable of published books, both fiction and non-fiction. The Bycatch Principle is her first novel, and was published by Hermitage Press in 2023.
