The author lives in a tiny town called Westfield Center in Ohio with husband, John. They are blessed that their three children, and immediate family all live nearby. allowing for big meals, and raucous get togethers.
When not working on two new books, or teaching writing classes, or flipping houses with John, or volunteering in the community, Katrina tends to be in the mix of something crazy. Who else would crawl under a century home to jack it back into place? Or chase away a colony of bats with a tennis racket and a Tupperware bowl? Or slide face down across a semi-frozen pond to save her dog? Telling such stories is a passion
She is often asked to speak to groups, sharing her humor and inspiring others to persevere despite the obstacles placed along our paths. Katrina’s love of teaching allows her to deliver interactive writing classes through local libraries, High Schools, and sometimes, just for fun, in and around the community.
