Krista Vellis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Taking a holistic approach to researching her current manuscript, she studied with a psychic, worked as a catechist aide, and learned to read tarot cards. Her short story, Meant to Be, appeared in the 2019-2020 literary journal Goldfinch. She serves as Secretary of the Rutherford Library Board and Vice President of the Rutherford Library Foundation.
