I live in a peaceful, coastal village in Northland, New Zealand with my small mix-breed dog. She and I walk the beaches and tramp through the bush in our idyllic home. I dabbled with writing throughout my working years as a teacher both in New Zealand and several places overseas. Now, in semi-retirement have more time to devote to the craft. I am a member of two different writing groups and have a blog titled A New Chapter. I write on a range of topics and in a variety of genres from picture books to poetry to fantasy and beyond.
