I am now retired. My career vocation was as an Administrative Assistant.
I am a former Sergeant Major in The Royal Bermuda Regiment - (an actual field soldier). I was awarded an Award by Queen Elizabeth II of England for my promotion to the rank of Warrant Officer Class II - (a.k.a. Sergeant Major). The first female in my Batallion to ever reach that coveted rank - the rank has always been held my men.
Every year since 2003, I Walk for 24-Hours (non-stop to raise funds for Bermuda's Registered Charities. Non-stop - I do not go to sleep for the 24-hour period. I eat sandwiches and snacks and drink water and sports drinks while still walking. The only time that I sit is to use the toilet. My feat can be verified as true to his title because I am monitored by a roster of drivers from my very first step to my very last step.
I became a Published Author on 2nd July 2019. My second book was published on 20 October 2020.
