Author’s background: Miles was born in rural Northumberland. During his childhood, he yearned to experience the different cultures of faraway and exotic countries. He achieved his goal, embarking upon what would eventually be a lifetime of worldwide travel, after which he wrote a series of travel memoirs in the style of narrative non-fiction. He is currently working on a series of fictional travel novels. The first in the series, entitled, Timeless Odyssey, has been published in February 2023.
