I began making films as a student, revelling in being both playful and serious as we figured out filmmaking through trial and error, and progressively felt that I wanted to focus on screenwriting. I did an MA Film with Practice and I have since had the pleasure to learn from some fantastic industry professionals and have written scripts for shorts, features and TV series, in the genres of drama, science-fiction, magical-realism and children's.
I have been writing every day for the last four years, whether that is a screenplay or a short story or just in my journal - each project I write is also a way to practice and gain experience and feedback.
