Rachael Clarke is a former police officer turned stay-at-home-mom living in Portage la Prairie, MB, with her sport-aholic husband, two mischievous kids, and dog. She's always working on a little bit of a lot, which includes her first novel, and writing/illustrating children's books. Rachael also enjoys crafting multi-genre short fiction under the pen name R.A. Clarke. She was named a finalist for the 2021 Futurescapes award, and her work has won the Writer's Games and Writers Weekly international short story contests.
