I am a father, U.S. Army veteran, and an aspiring author.
Just under a year ago, I decided to write my life's story. Having lived a life full of wild experiences, recalling them at bars or around a campfire has always kept my friends and family entertained, shocked, or even speechless.
Thankful to be alive, I cherish each and every day. I have not only learned from the mistakes in my past but have built upon them, using them as cautionary tales for my own children.
Compiled into 75 chapters, I have wrote 19 chapters, revised 4, and learned the value of an expert editor.
Like a turducken, the individual stories join to build a complete story. And just when you think you've seen the whole of it, the last chapter reveals more, interlaced into the fabric of the previous 74 chapters.
