I worked in law enforcement for over 40 years on the local, state and federal level before retiring at the end of 2021. I started writing somewhere in the middle of my career basing some of my stories on actual experiences. My latest forays in the last couple years are more fantasy and imagination and seeing where my mind takes the story. Along the way I had two books published ('The Miami Files' and 'My Enemy's Face') and a screenplay ('A Question of Faith) optioned. The screenplay was first optioned by Director/Producer/Screenwriter, David Fisher, who directed 'Liar's Moon' with Matt Dillon and 'Toy Soldiers' with Tim Robbins. He also produced Bat*21 with Gene Hackman and Danny Glover. Later my screenplay was optioned by Actor/Producer/Screenwriter, Richard Kiel (known as Jaws in the James Bond films). I have been married for almost 41 years to Margo and together we raised three sons.
