Chris Maroney grew up on the breathtaking beaches of sunny Florida. His love of books, and writing, began in his local branch library that was so small that it was aptly named the "Twig" library. The children's section of that library was a room that was no larger than a walk-in closet, but it was utopia to him. There was not a soul around. He would sit crossed-legged on the floor and take as much time investigating all of the many books that surrounded him, waiting for the right one to call out to him.
By day, Chris is an HRIS Manager and is responsible for the support and maintenance of his employer's HR systems. By night, he is a dad, a husband, and a writer with a lifelong dream of publishing a book.
