Wendie Daniels

At heart, Wendie is an editor. She’s worked on all sorts of professional and business documents, from writing instructions on how to use a computer program through to being responsible for hundreds of pages of website content. She began writing romances in 2015 and hasn't looked back, joining Writers Victoria and the Romance Writers of Australia (RWA) in the same year. She's currently the Vice President of RWA.
Wendie has completed writing one romantic suspense novel, is currently writing a second, and has plans for another novel to follow.
In another life, she won the 2017 RWA Emerald Award and had two of her short stories published. One in RWA's 2019 'Spicy Bites–Masks anthology; the other in RWA's 2020 'Sweet Treats–Cupcakes anthology. She was the development editor for the 2020 Spicy Bites anthology. And she wrote and self-published a small-town romance novel, which was well received but is no longer available.
Wendie embraces every opportunity that comes her way; living by the motto "keep smiling and do your best". She enjoys cycling and often heads off on a day-long or short adventures along the nearby bike paths on her pedal-assist electric bike. She also loves travelling and taking landscape photographs, with the odd portrait thrown in.
