Miroslava Kočvarová

Elliotté P. Joel is a poet, painter, sculptor, editor-in-chief of Estetično Magazine for young literature, arts and philosophy, and founder of the Literary Association Absence of Meaning Žilina. She is the author of three poetry collections and one literary study.

The work documenting her mental illness, Wounded Poems, which she has been writing for four years, was self-published by Publico in 2022 and imprinted by PublishDrive in 2023. The minimalistic book Seek the Upside Eyes, There are Two. which approaches readers with topics of new beginnings was awarded by Page Turner Book Awards: Best Genre - Poetry 2023. The third publication, Požičovňa múz is an anthology of Literary Association Absence of Meaning Žilina in Slovak language.

I can't pretend to understand much of this but the use of language, the imagery, the often shocking juxtaposition of words make the writing quite unique.
