You have a brilliant idea, but sadly, it goes into cliche at points. Try keeping the klansmen and SS officers out of it and you have a winner. Don't be preachy, be honest.

I agree with the previous comment. It's smart and intelligent with huge potential that's not quite realized in the first 10 pages. The set-up initially is perfect, dark and promising with shades of black humour but once in purgatory, it all becomes a bit convoluted. Too much going on, and too many characters being introduced before we really get a handle on where the story is headed. Focus on the main character, the rising action and the premise before things become embroiled in courtroom proceedings.
