Good story, needs some doctoring to dialogue
I think you've got an interesting story idea, but when reading, my interpretation/opinion felt their dialogue blended in style to one another. I would revisit with some revisions and some punch ups and I think the characters could come through a little clearer on the page which would make the story stand stronger.
