Then, Our Perfect Your Pitch Boot Camp is a MUST!

Who Should Attend Our Perfect Your Pitch Boot Camp

  • Screenwriters: who want to attract attention to your script, have it optioned and see it playing out on the silver screen.
  • Authors: Whether you have a script, an adapted book, intending to have our script editing team adapt your novel to film or planning to adapt your book yourself, you need to perfect your pitch before pitching to producers!
  • Writers: If you are planning on sending your story to publishers or literary agents, you need to know how to pitch your story so that it hooks them to ask for your manuscript.
  • Non-Fiction Writers & Authors: If you run workshops or courses to sell to your target audience, this Boot Camp teaches you how to focus and distil your message, enabling you to pitch effectively.

Thanks for creating the course which was packed with information. It was very timely for me, as I revamp my pitch and query letter to send to agents, and particularly useful was the framework for the log-line and how to build it up with vivid adjectives.

Attending the Page Turner Awards Perfect Your Pitch Bootcamp is incredible. The first day alone taught me so much, even though I've taken Pitch classes before. I highly recommend this boot camp if you are serious about creating a buzz about your writing project. Your pitch will have the competitive edge to wow agent, publishers, producers and directors.

Then, you get to put your pitch preparation into practise. You will have all your homework ready to practise your pitch to the rest of the group.

Learning includes:

  • Receive feedback from writers in the same shoes as you
  • What hooked them about your pitch?
  • What confused them?
  • And any other feedback will help you to continually Perfect Your Pitch!

Digital Pitch

After this 3 day intensive course, your final pitch will be sent to Page Turner Award's mailing list of film producers, publishers and literary agents who are looking for scripts to option for film, TV series and documentaries.

This includes:

  • Your logline/premise
  • Your synopsis
  • Your genre
  • Type of script (film or TV series)
  • Length of script or word count of manuscript.

We make the connection to any producers, publishers or literary agents who ask for more information and let you "Perfect Your Pitch" with all the learning from the Boot Camp.
