Phil Ballard

Initially Phil Ballard was a script reader for Renaissance Films, one of the best production companies at the time, writing for various companies/productions on an independent basis. Mainly involved the crime genre, including a pilot TV police drama series. Phil’s latest finished script written alongside Rob Gomez Martin for Protocol Media Group’s feature film has been The Bruising Field, a historical boxing drama, Phil gained a B.A. degree in English & History from the Uni of Hertfordshire, where he also lectured and a M.A. in Film & Television Studies from Westminster Uni. Phil has also maintained his tutoring and teaching humanities across all age groups.
