If you’re on the journey, I think we all are, whether we realize it or not—this book can really help open things up for you. Psychedelics Dreams and Rituals doesn’t feel preachy or overly clinical. It feels real, grounded, and full of lived experience.
I’ve personally experienced the medicine with Gay Lynn, it's like having a tour guide guiding you on a trip to a place you already kind of know, but now you have someone beside you helping you to unravel and/or notice things you might not have seen on your own—adding so much dimension, understanding, and a way to see through the paradox of our current state of being.
What I appreciated most is how she brings together psychedelics, dreams, and rituals in a way that actually makes sense and feels approachable. You can tell this comes from years of helping real people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and reconnect with themselves.
