The 2024 Page Turner Awards is in our fifth year of running our fast-growing international writing contest.

But hurry to get your submission entered because we can't extend any further because the judging is also starting! All new submissions will be added to the judges' lists after they have completed judging the submissions entered prior to our deadline.

If you take any editing Optional Extras shown below, there is no guarantee that it can be completed by our editorial team before judging starts. You can still take the editing options, but they will take a few weeks to process, and that may mean you won't have time to rework your submission.

All Awards Information

Please click on EACH LINK to read the full details. Everything you need to know about the awards is shown in the different tabs below. When you have finished reading the information in the tabs above, you can make your payment below. If you have a submission discount code, FIRST 'Select a Submission Package' - below - before adding your discount code. Then, hit the 'apply' button under the discount code for the discount to be deducted.

How To Enter

1. Register as an author, writer or screenwriter on the form below, otherwise you will not see the submission process.

2. When you have completed and saved the details below, you will receive a verification email. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your junk box.

3. Click the link in the verification email which allows you to log in.

4. When you log in, you will see ‘MY DASHBOARD’ - please follow the links that will take you to the submission page, where you make your entry. It will also take you to other important areas of your submission.

5. It's free to register an account for the Page Turner Awards and you are welcome to chat in our forum. To enter the awards, there is a basic charge of £30 to enter a submission. Other payment packages allow you to make multiple submissions. This will be a one-off payment for this year. There are no recurring payments.

Award Categories

In total, there will be THREE award categories, and you can enter up to fifteen submissions across the different award categories. All Awards accept fiction and non-fiction in all genres. Entrants from anywhere in the world can enter any of our Award Categories or Sub-Categories (shown below).

2024 Award Categories

Book Award ~ for authors with a published book, mainstream or independently published
Screenplay Award ~ for screenwriters with a completed script
Writing Award ~ for unpublished, completed manuscripts (this now includes our Young Writer Award for writers aged 18 to 25) and includes our Writing Mentorship Award ~ for uncompleted manuscripts to win a writing mentorship.

All of these submission packages are for a one-off payment for this year. There are no recurring payments.

  • Reader Feedback Comments Box on all five submissions

Platinum Package ~ For Up To FIFTEEN Award Submissions + ALL sub-categories, per submission

  • Fifteen Entry Submissions to five different award categories, or fifteen submissions into the same award category.
  • Viral Sharing for fifteen different award categories
  • Viral Sharing via Twitter and Facebook
  • Reader Feedback for fifteen different award categories
  • Reader Feedback Comments Box on all fifteen submissions

Benefits Of Multiple Submissions

  1. The benefits for writers who enter 2 to 5 submissions ~ agents and publishers will see more of your work and there's more chance of getting your writing discovered. Agents and publishers look for prolific writers!
  2. The benefits for authors who enter 2 to 5 submissions ~ prize sponsor judges will see more of your books and possibly choose one of them for a prize, plus you can submit one of your entries in a Book Award and another in the Screenplay Award with the chance for a film producer to option your book for film. Spectrum Audiobooks are looking for prolific authors to offer audiobook productions!
  3. The benefits for screenwriters who enter 2 to 5 submissions ~ film producers will see more of your work and there's more chance of getting a screenplay optioned for film.

Optional Extras

We offer a range of Optional Extras, such as editing, literary agent feedback, expert critiques and other services, that may be helpful to your submission and more than likely will help your writing in the long-term. These are listed below in the payment form. You can check out our testimonials of previous entrants who have taken out an Optional Extra.

Confirmation Receipt

When you have finished making your payment, you will see a confirmation page with the entry link. And you will receive an email confirmation with your payment receipt. Check your junk folder if you don't see the email within seconds of making the payment.

To post your submission, find the entry link via Log in> ME > Dashboards > Submissions. It will not be visible until your package is paid. If you upgrade your package at any time, please contact us to reset your account to your upgraded package.
