Charlotte Tomic is judging the Page Turner Book Award in the hope of representing more authors who need to amplify their voices through publicity. She is a senior-level public relations consultant who began her career in publishing after graduating from Queens College in New York City. She continued her career as AVP Communications for St. John’s University where she earned an MBA in Marketing. After a long career in academia, she moved to the corporate sector to work for a top PR agency where she led the global media relations practice. She is a past-President of New York Women in Communications where she founded the College Career Conference.

There are so many talented authors out there whose unique experiences and voices need to be read. I look forward to judging the work of authentic and creative writers of fiction and memoirs.

She is a daughter of Jewish Holocaust survivors and is fascinated by World War II fiction and memoirs. Charlotte works in Miami Beach with her psychiatrist husband Samuel Mowerman, MD.
