A letter with an address draws a weary traveler to Colombia in search of his past, where he becomes caught between a ruthless street gang, a mysterious backpacker, and an alien invasion.

After losing his wife and his business, a heartbroken widower sets off on a round-the-world motorcycle journey to escape his grief, falls in love with someone he meets in a restaurant and marries her, yet still feels compelled to keep riding.

Raised in complete isolation in a remote mountain village, four siblings are forced to flee the only home they have ever known when terrifying creatures descend upon them — thrusting them into a world of danger, lies and powers they never imagined existed.
