Entering the Page Turner Awards has been one of the very best decisions that I have made for my writing.
The editorial service that is offered is worth its weight in gold. Since having feedback and a developmental edit last year, I have opted to have a full manuscript edit with one of the editors, David, in 2023.
Even without the feedback or edit, the process of entering work into the competition is so much fun. Knowing that other people are reading my work adds a mixture of determination and excitement that definitely helps me to maintain momentum and keep improving my craft.
Its great to be entering alongside so many other writers too. The stories are diverse and enriching and I think that being a part of that is always going to help you to elevate your own work.
