I cannot thank you enough for putting together the Page Turner Awards, it has been a wonderful experience. I'd wanted to write since I was 6, but life took me another route for a long, long, time.
This is the first thing I've written, and I've been absolutely overcome with self-doubt, and walked away from the project several times. I didn't even tell my family I wrote it. Being a part of Page Turner Awards, and achieving this level of success means more to me than I can express. I'm so grateful to the both Ken and Paula for providing such an amazing opportunity for writers who, by nature, often don't have enough belief in themselves to push through. It's people like you that help people like me take a chance.
