I am a 30-year-old, Irish, female author. I have been passionately creative in many avenues my whole life. Since childhood, I have loved art, music, acting, and, above all, writing. What could be greater than creating real and thoughtful feelings in people through creative mediums?
I have been praised for my ability to frame a cast of characters and build well-conceived and developed plots. I have a distinctly descriptive writing style that has been enjoyed by many since the publication of my debut novel - 'A Job In Whitepost' in 2025.
I chose to write historical crime fiction because, whilst still firmly rooted in reality, you are transported back to another time, and you can escape the modern problems of life instantaneously. On the opposite side of the coin, historical fiction, such as mine, can be quite thought-provoking. Based on the themes I address, It can be a medium to reflect on the progress made in today's world but also highlight that we have still a long road to walk.
