David was born in England and graduated as a mining engineer from Camborne School of Mines in 1983. He started his career in the South African mining industry where he met his beloved wife Jacqui. They returned to the UK in 1988 and David changed his career to Civil Engineering and in particular tunneling projects. They also had their two children Jennifer and Peter. The family emigrated to Australia in 1995. In 2004 David started his own grouting company. David has worked in 14 different countries but still call Australia home and resides in Sydney.
