Sam Hawksmoor is the author of around nine YA novels and a previous winner of The Wirral for his novel The Repossession. He is the former Programme Leader for the MA in Creative Writing at Portsmouth University and tutor on Lincoln's University Master's Programme. In addition he is the editor of the long running on-line writer's magazine www.hackwriters.com (22 years on-line). He recently penned an adult mystery novel 'We Feel Your Pain' and has been working with Euroscript to adapt some of his YA fiction to possible TV series.
