James Irwin is the author of the novels Nina's Friends and Lucky Guy. Before turning full time to writing he was a filmmaker and media artist, and held leadership roles in national and international marketing communications. His short stories and essays have been published in numerous journals, newspapers, and magazines over the years. Originally from southeastern Pennsylvania, he now lives in northern New Jersey.
