JK Dent lives in Georgia with his wife Norma. They have four children, Mallari, Matti, James and Jonathan . He began fiction writing about ten years ago, and self-published The Necromancer of Etowah in 2014. He is currently working on two additional non-fiction manuscripts. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and Master's degree from Kennesaw State University. His hobbies beyond writing include fishing, camping and hiking.
