Wayne Pendleton

Wayne Pendleton spent most of his working life as an educator. He co-authored with Roger Vickery the first six editions of Australian Business Law, Compliance and Practice as well as two editions of Small Business Management with Chad Parry.
Since retirement in 2010 Wayne has pursued his love of creative writing, self-publishing The Closet Poet's Collection 2015. His anecdotal stories and poems appear in Scribbles from the Suburbs 2014 and More Scribbles from the Suburbs 2018. He is a regular contributor to monthly publication Writers’ Grapevine. Wayne is currently seeking a literary agent and/or publisher(s) for manuscripts with the following working titles:
• Continental Drift – an historical novel – 80% complete
• Awakened, the Aussie with a Funny Accent – memoirs – completed manuscript
• Attention Span 20 Minutes – a collection of sermons and devotionals – completed draft manuscript requiring author’s edit
• Displayed Creativity – a two “book” volume of poetry (The Closet Poet Returns) and short stories (Words Make Prose) – completed manuscript
• Ancestors I Have Known – a collection of short stories – requires rewrite
