Ann Evans

Ann Evans is a multi-published, award-winning writer with almost 40 books to her name. She writes for all ages, from children’s picture books to adventure books for KS1 and KS2, Young Adult books, books for reluctant readers, plus crime thrillers and romance (Romance pen name: Ann Carroll). She also writes non-fiction articles for magazines on a wide range of subjects.
Born and bred in Coventry, Ann began writing as a hobby when her three children were young. Her passion for writing continued and her writing hobby gradually became a career and a way of life.
Ann is a member of the Society of Women Writers & Journalists, the Romantic Novelists’ Association, the Crime Writers’ Association, the National Association of Writers in Education, the International Travel Writers’ Alliance and the Coventry Writers group.
